The food place I love, not so new anymore but is a café I have in the top of mind for the weekend brunch, Rocket S.49 [since it is not too far away from my house] During this Vegetarian Festival [gin je- 13-21 Oct, 2015], my orders are..

Strozzapreti pasta with seasonal mushrooms, truffle pesto cream sauce, shaved permasan and parsley – 285 THB
• The Scramble
Sour cream scrambled eggs on toasted country rye with spring onion – 165 THB
• Fresh Pineapple juice- 80 THB
Taste like cold pressed juice, not sure if it is

One of the menus I have been eating almost every weekend at home is Kanom-jeen Nam Ngiao, northern thai noodle soup.
Key ingredients are….
– Fermented rice noodle
– Pork and spare ribs
– Diced curdled (chicken) blood – i’m so so with this
– Chopped tomatoes
– Dried chilli
– Red onion and garlic
< Some people love to put tua nao [fermented soy beans] but not my style of kanomjeen taste I love. I like to keep the taste herby and clean ;) >

This week we modify the menu a bit, replacing pork with tofu, mushroom and soy bean fish ball.
I feel like I have just found out a very delicious veggie menu, light, multi flavor, and not to be missed, spicy.
